• VFS reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting such changes on this Website. Users' continued use of the site after notice of change shall be deemed acceptance of the change.
• VFS reserve the right to disqualify any account from participation in the programme and to immediately invalidate their account if VFS become aware of or reasonably suspects the account holder is guilty of any abuse, fraud or any violation of the service terms and conditions.
• This service is provided for valid students who can prove their status as a student by the production of a valid NUS Card. We reserve the right to view the card as verification of the details entered upon registration.
• The student must provide a contact number and email address for delivery and menu notifications, or in the event we cannot contact the account holder for delivery purposes. The student may opt out of further marketing related contact to these contact details.
• VFS’s goal is to deliver on-time i.e. between 1700 - 2100 Unfortunately factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent from achieving this. VFS cannot be held responsible for late or lost delivery.
• The management reserves the right to issue refunds of payment in the event of non-collection but this is purely on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the management.
• Repeated non collection may result in the termination of the account.
• The tiffin meal is limited to one tiffin per student per day. You cannot order multiple tiffins for a single day.
• This service is only available to students who are main residence is within the Cardiff postal area (CF).
• This service is only available from Tuesday to Sunday, we need a day off as well!
• The order cutoff time is 4pm on the day. Once the order has been closed for production, packaging and delivery then an order cannot be accepted via the website or phone.
